SOURCE & PROTECT

Traveling the world has allowed me see a lot of what mother natures resources have to offer. I've found that Costa Rica's rain forests hold some of the most beautiful and unique lumber in the world and that it can be sourced without causing harm to its surroundings. Since the rainforests are so highly protected, tree and plant health is closely looked after and examined. When trees show signs of diseasing, it is responsibly removed to prevent spreading to its surrounding trees and plants.
Once these beautiful trees are removed they go through a lengthy process of milling and kiln drying to create the highest quality workable wood slabs. These slabs are then hand-picked by myself and then shipped overseas to our facility in New York where we turn these slabs into beautiful one-of-a-kind furniture.
